About

Dr. Rowe received her bachelor of science in chemistry degree from John Brown University and her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy in Little Rock, Arkansas. She completed a postgraduate year-one pharmacy practice residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, and a postgraduate year-two ambulatory care pharmacy specialty residency at CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Rowe practices as a clinic-embedded pharmacist focusing on chronic disease management within the endocrinology and internal medicine clinics at Truman Medical Center (TMC) in Kansas City, Missouri, an urban safety net health system dedicated to providing interprofessional, patient-centered care. At her clinic site, she works with third- and fourth-year pharmacy students (IPPE and APPE) and acts as an elective rotation preceptor for postgraduate year-one TMC pharmacy residents. Dr. Rowe serves as an advisor for the UMKC chapter of the American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP).
