Sarah first joined the UMKC School of Pharmacy in August of 2017 as a part-time classroom assistant at the satellite campus at MU. After some time away from UMKC, since February 2020 she has worked full-time at the Kansas City site in the Division of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences (DPPS). In her current position as a Business Support Specialist II, in addition to providing support to the DPPS faculty and students in the Pharm.D. and Ph.D. programs, she provides focused support for the School of Pharmacy’s research aims and to the Ph.D. program.
Dr. Beach earned her Ph.D. in sociology. She also holds a M.A. in sociology and a B.S. in environmental science, with an emphasis in management.
