Dr. Billings received her doctor of pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.  She is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist (BCACP) as well as a certified diabetes educator (CDE).   She practices as an ambulatory care pharmacist at CoxHealth Steeplechase Family Physicians.  Her focus is on chronic disease management with an emphasis on diabetes and providing drug information and therapy recommendations.  At her clinic site Dr. Billings works with third- and fourth-year pharmacy students (IPPE and APPE) as well as post-graduate year 2 (PGY2) ambulatory care pharmacy residents.  In addition to her didactic responsibilities Dr. Billings serves as a co-faculty advisor for the Student College of Clinical Pharmacy (SCCP) and the student chapter of the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA).  Her research interests include experiential education models, quality metrics for ambulatory care pharmacists, and the impact of pharmacists on chronic disease management.
