Scholarship awardees will be selected based upon the written scholarship materials submitted to the School of Pharmacy’s Scholarship and Financial Aid Committee. A description of each available scholarship and eligibility criteria are listed below.
Please note: these scholarships are for currently enrolled UMKC School of Pharmacy students only. All scholarship recipients must be available on Saturday, October 18, 2008 to receive the award(s).
Pharm.D. Student Scholarships:
All scholarship materials, excluding the letter of reference, must be submitted electronically using Blackboard, no later than Monday, August 25, 2008. Please note if you are applying for the Red Cross Scholarship &/or Steve Erickson Scholarship, you will need to complete a separate form. Application form: Check back later at http://blackboard.umkc.edu using your UMKC user ID and password. Available starting May 5, 2008.
The Committee will only review complete application packets (i.e. application forms that are completed and submitted by the deadline and applications that include a letter of reference). Students will not be contacted regarding the status of their application packet. Students are responsible for ensuring that all application materials are submitted by the deadline. Students may contact me via e-mail to verify that all materials have been received. Send Kathlene an email to verify completion.
Graduate Student Scholarships:

All scholarship materials, including the letters of reference, must be submitted to the Pharmacy Foundation office in room 2313 of the New Health Sciences Building, no later than August 25, 2008.
